Kingston House
Project:
One of our most esteemed projects was the renovation of Kingston House in Knightsbridge. A comprehensive refurbishment, which encompassed new flooring, plumbing, and electrical installations throughout the property.
Copper House
Project:
One of RCL’s most distinctive projects is the Copper House in Cheshunt, Hertfordshire. The design of the property was intended to preserve its original features, which include the characteristics of an old greenhouse.

Princess Gate
Project:
Situated in the upscale area of Knightsbridge, the Property stands directly across from Imperial College and is merely a short stroll away from Hyde Park. It is a distinguished Grade II listed edifice, part of an impressive row of stucco-fronted buildings originating from the mid-19th century. RCL Build Ltd took great pride in contributing to the extensive renovation of the property, ensuring the conservation of numerous original architectural details.
Bell Lane
Project:
Bell Lane, situated in Broxbourne, Hertfordshire. The original layout of Bell Lane, was not the most practical for a contemporary family home. It consisted of a garden room at the back of the property, which was not in use year-round due to the temperature. The construction of a new extension included a knock-through with a steel frame and remodeling of the existing structure, a vaulted ceiling with a glass roof, underfloor heating, Origin bi-folding doors with a low threshold, porcelain tiles, a fully fitted custom-built kitchen by a specialist, a fully tiled patio matching the internal tiles, glass balustrading, and a K-Rend silicone rendering system.
